Think of a ribbon bow traced in a double line of gold-tone wire. A rounded wing curls to one side, a teardrop tail stretches to the other, and a small upright ring above the center carries the coil spring. The center is cast with diagonal grooves, like twisted cord. Glossy and warm, the finish reflects the hair beneath it, and short teeth with tiny ball ends line both jaws.
