Gold Tone Star Claw Clip Traced in a Smooth Rod

Five points, rounded edges, nothing inside: each half of the clip is a star traced in a smooth rod. Viewed from the top, the two upper points meet over a diamond-shaped opening that holds the coil spring. The shine stays even across the whole outline, and short pin-like teeth line the lower edge. Because the middle is empty, the hair underneath shows through the star once it is clipped in.

Half-Up Twist with a Metal Star Claw Clip

The worn shots show long, wavy brown hair with only the top layer twisted back. The star closes over that twist and stands upright, one point facing out to the side.
