To the US Mainland: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Orders ship from abroad: they are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then arrive in 1 to 18 business days, with tracking. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Can I return a claw clip that does not fit my hair?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of delivery; the clip must be new or lightly used, clean and complete. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrong.
